Data Sharing Terms
Version 1.0
These terms apply when you turn on bi-directional data sharing for your account. They are an addition to your existing agreement with us. If you leave the box unchecked, none of this applies: your uploads stay isolated to your account.
What you allow
Records you upload or send to us may be used to improve our identity graph: confirming, correcting, and enriching the contact information we hold. Your records become part of that graph the same way our other data sources do.
What you get
Files you email in come back to you appended automatically, and your account is treated as a data partner for matching and enrichment quality.
What we never do
We do not resell your file as your file. Your customer list is never exposed, listed, or delivered as a distinct list to anyone else. Contributions are blended into the graph, not passed through.
Turning it off
You can turn sharing off at any time on the My Database page. From that moment new uploads stay isolated to your account. Contributions already blended into the graph before you turned it off are not recalled.
Your responsibility
You confirm you have the right to share the records you upload, and that sharing them with us does not violate your own agreements or applicable law.
Accepting these terms is recorded on your account with the version number and the time you checked the box.
