The house just sold. Quote it before the lender's partner does.
New homeowners in your ZIPs straight from the property record, people who just applied for a mortgage, and homeowners by home value and roof type. Name, address, cell phone, and the house itself.
See your home insurance audience counted live.
Book 30 minutes. Bring the audience you are trying to reach and we run it against the real data on the call, then build the feed with you before it ends.
Start with home insurance listsPricing is published, so you can read it before the call.
By the time a new homeowner shows up on a list, the lender has already placed the policy.
Shared home insurance leads are the most expensive junk in the business.
You quote blind on the roof and find out at inspection.
What you get, in plain words.
Built for property and casualty agencies. Each piece does one thing you can explain to your team in a sentence.
- New homeowner lists
- Homes that sold in the last 90 days in your ZIPs, with the buyer's name and cell phone, before the first renewal ever comes up.
- Mortgage inquiries every morning
- People who applied for a mortgage in the last few days, delivered daily with name, address and phone, so you are in the file before closing.
- The house on every record
- Roof cover type, year built, square footage, pool and home value come with every homeowner so you quote the house, not the ZIP.
- Aged home insurance leads
- People who filled out a home insurance form in the last 30 to 90 days, by state, delivered daily with your book taken out.
Three steps. That is the whole sign-up.

Book a 30-minute demo. We count your audience live on the call.
- 2

- 3
Paste your ZIPs into chat and download the homeowners who bought in the last 90 days. Most agencies are quoting within ten minutes.
- First and last name
- Street address, city, ZIP
- Cell phone, with Do Not Call status flagged
- Email where we have it
- Sale date and sale price

Questions property ask us.
- How soon after closing do new homeowners show up?
- The sale has to post to the property record first, which usually takes a few weeks. Ask for sales in the last 90 days and you catch them before the first renewal, which is the window that matters.
- Are the mortgage inquiries credit scores?
- No. You get name, address and phone for people whose credit was pulled for a mortgage in the last few days. No scores, no balances. It is a who-to-call list, delivered every morning.
- How accurate is the roof type?
- It is what the property record says, which is good enough to pre-quote and decide who to call. It does not replace an inspection and we never say it does.
- Can I take out my current book?
- Yes. Upload your policyholders and anyone who asked you to stop once, and every list after that skips them.
