Common questions.
Where does the data come from?
We license a national identity-graph dataset that spans hundreds of audience categories (demographics, property attributes, life events, intent signals) and apply our own filters, suppression, and AI matching on top. Same quality you'd see from any major B2C data provider. We just hide the plumbing.
How fresh is the data?
Identity records refresh continuously. Property and demographic attributes refresh monthly. Phone DNC status checks at pull time.
What's a lookalike audience?
You upload a CSV of customers who converted. We match them to the identity graph, run a regression against a control sample, and tell you what makes them different: age, home value, tenure, income, etc. Then you can pull more people who look like them. Included on every plan.
Can I suppress my existing customers?
Yes, drop a CSV into the chat at any point and the bot will dedupe your feed against it before each delivery. Phones or last-name + address + ZIP both work. We never store the raw file, only the normalized signatures, with 24-hour auto-delete.
What happens if I blow past my monthly cap?
By default, additional pulls are blocked until your next billing period. If you have overage billing enabled on your account, we'll charge per-record above the cap and keep delivering.
Do you support DNC compliance?
Cell DNC flags are filtered at pull time. Landlines are returned as-is. DNC obligations there vary by use case and jurisdiction, so we don't make that decision for you.
