Yes. Drop a CSV or XLSX into the chat — phones or address columns — and the bot auto-detects the format and removes any matches before delivering your list. The raw file is never written to disk; only normalized signatures (phone digits, address keys) are persisted, and they auto-delete after 24 hours.

You tell the bot "go," it queues the pull in the background, and the CSV lands in your inbox in 1–5 minutes with a summary email showing the universe size, suppression hits, monthly-cap truncation, and delivered count.
