For HVAC companies

Every home in your service area with a 20-year-old system. Before the first heat wave.

Pick your ZIPs and get the homeowners in them: name, address, cell phone, year built, AC and heat type, home value. Call the old systems before they fail in July, and fill the shoulder season with maintenance plans.

Pricing is published, so you can read it before the call.

  • The phone rings on the first 100 degree day and goes quiet in October.

  • Lead vendors send you the same replacement quote request they sent four other shops.

  • Maintenance plans would smooth out the year, but you have no list of who to call.

What you get, in plain words.

Built for HVAC contractors and service companies. Each piece does one thing you can explain to your team in a sentence.

Replacement lists
Pick your ZIPs and get the homeowners whose houses were built before 2005, with a cell phone, so your comfort advisors call the systems most likely to fail next.
Know who visited your website
One line of code on your site tells you the name and phone of the homeowner who looked at your AC replacement page and left without booking.
Your list on their TV and Facebook
Show your pre-season tune-up special to the same homeowners on streaming TV and Facebook the week before the heat hits.
Lists on a schedule
New homeowners in your territory every week, delivered to your CRM or dialer, with current customers and past quotes taken out.

Three steps. That is the whole sign-up.

  1. 1

Book a 30-minute demo. We count your audience live on the call.

  2. 2

Pick the plan that matches your service area and sign the one-page data agreement.

  3. 3

Paste your service area ZIPs into chat and download the list. Most shops have a comfort advisor dialing within ten minutes.

Questions HVAC contractors ask us.

Can I target homes with old AC systems?
Yes, by proxy. You filter by the year the house was built and get the AC and heat type where we have it on file. Nobody has the install date of the current unit in a list, so year built is the honest stand-in, and it works.
Can I take out my current maintenance customers?
Yes. Upload your customer list and do-not-call list once and every list after that skips them.
Does this work in the off season?
That is when it works best. Pull the list in spring and fall and sell maintenance plans and pre-season tune-ups to homeowners before anything breaks.
Do you have HVAC leads, not just lists?
We have people in market for HVAC in the last 7 to 30 days by state, and aged opt-in home services leads, which is a mixed home improvement pool. We do not tag aged leads as HVAC specifically, so we will not sell them to you that way.
