Pick the ground you work. Everything else is included.
Every plan is the same product: homeowner records with a cell phone, home age, value and income, plus your do-not-contact list applied to every pull, plus the API. Plans differ only in how much ground they cover and how many records a month they carry.

Contact usQuestions crews ask first
- What counts as a record?
- One homeowner row you download. Building a list and looking at the count is free; records only count when you download the file. Re-downloading the same file is free.
- What if I need more than my plan includes?
- Buy more at the per-record overage on your plan, any time, from the Account tab. Nothing is charged automatically.
- Can I change my ZIPs?
- Yes. A City plan holds a territory of up to 25 ZIPs, and you can edit it whenever a storm moves. State and National plans have no ZIP list at all.
- Do I need HailTrace or a storm map?
- No, but most crews keep one. Any map that tells you which ZIPs got hit is enough; RoofRadar turns those ZIPs into people you can call.
- How does the do-not-contact list work?
- Upload it once (past customers, people who said no, your own DNC). Every list you pull after that leaves those homes out. Your CRM can add numbers to it automatically through a simple API call, so it never goes stale.
- Is the cell phone data compliant?
- Cell phones are screened against the federal Do Not Call registry before delivery. You are still responsible for your own calling practices, state rules and consent where required.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Month to month, cancel from Billing any time. Your territory frees up at the end of the paid month.
- How does the free trial work?
- Pick City, add your ZIPs, put a card or bank account on file. You get 1,000 records for 14 days. On day 15 the City plan starts at $500 a month automatically and your cap becomes 10,000. Cancel from Billing before day 15 and nothing is charged.
- Is there an API?
- Yes, on every plan and the trial. Mint a key on the API tab. One call sends ZIPs and filters and gets a list back; another looks up any address and returns the roof facts (year built, roof cover, shape, stories, value, last sale) and the owner's contact. Records count the same way as in the app.
